For the last 30 years I have researched the vast
subject of health. I've studied from great teachers,
and read thousands of books and articles on health.
On the journey back to better health, I made many
discoveries. The Prostate CradleTM was one of those
discoveries.
From my own experience, I also discovered that right
now it is possible for most people to feel better than
they ever imagined possible: overflowing with
energy, until it is almost too much! Simple steps to
feeling better can add up. Even if the pinnacle of
health is not achieved, there is always a slightly better
view. And slight improvements in health or reductions
in pain, are usually worth taking a few steps a day,
for a better view, closer to the summit.
Books can be a life line. A few have saved mine. Some

There has never been more information available,
but what good is an unread book?
Therefore, I dare you to read a dozen popular books
on health. If you are currently experiencing health
challenges, then read two dozen. Because if you do,
you will discover what I discovered: The same well
worn paths back toward the peaks of better health.
There are many routes, and some may even be
misleading. The most common time tested paths are:
staying hydrated by sipping pure filtered water;
enjoying good nutrition; detoxification; and exercise
for the mind, body, and soul.
Over the years I've collected hundreds of surprisingly
simple steps to better health, for example:
Try it, breathing doesn't cost a thing, it feels great,
and as far as I know, it isn't illegal yet! A book written
fifteen years ago called "Emotional Intelligence"
describes using breathing to break emotional
reaction cycles including anger and addiction: Take a
deep breath, or ten before choosing how to respond.
Another book written 80 years ago by Dr. Israel
Regardie describes a method of deep breathing and
focusing thoughts for universal prayer and healing.
His book is called "The Art of True Healing." I would

Joy is 10 Hertz brain wave function controlled
by the breath. Nirvana is not necessarily found in a
cave in Nepal, it really is in your head and heart!
Emotional states can be measured by brain wave
frequency. Daily stress is around 20Hz... No wonder
stress is exhausting, it consumes twice as much
energy! Anger, frustration, and depression can be
measured as high as 40+Hz! Therefore, happiness
can become a matter of energy management, and
conservation. With practice you can notice the hertz
levels in yourself and others.
Take a deep breath... O.k., now really take one!

What does this have to do with your prostate health?
Everything. Stress can lower the immune functions
down to zero. Massage and deep breathing are great
simple ways to combat stress and boost immunity.

Dozens of decisions are made each day regarding
health. How important are these decisions? If your
immune system is strong, then small decisions may
be less important. If your immune system is weak,
then lifestyle habits can be more important.
In his ground breaking book written 20 years ago,
"Love, Medicine, and Miracles," Dr. Bernie Siegel
estimated that about 70% of his patients took no
active role to improve their health. Approximately
15% percent took an active role, and 15% actually

like to suggest that we slow down to look at the
smaller pictures, as well as the bigger pictures,
because there are always a smaller and bigger
pictures!
When the body slows down from a frantic pace, to
a calm and assertive state, then a series of healing
autonomous processes are initiated. This is called
the "relaxation response." It is the absence of daily
stress. Things flow more easily, and more is
accomplished. Instead of investing huge amounts
of energy on defense, the focus can be on renewal.
